(Tečaji uporabljajo elektronsko gradivo, ki ga ni mogoče prenesti na ime druge osebe, če je prvotni udeleženec gradivo že aktiviral zase.)
V primeru bolezni fakturiramo ceno v zvezi z začetnim izobraževanjem in prijavljeni dobimo možnost udeležbe pri naslednji izvedbi brez dodatnih stroškov. Za prenos je potrebno zdravniško potrdilo. Zdravniških potrdil, ki jih prejmemo po elektronski pošti, ne shranjujemo nikamor, ampak jih po preverjanju takoj izbrišemo.
