The Sales Representative for IT Services and Solutions is a key link between the company that offers information technology and the clients who require these services. Their main task is to understand the needs and requirements of clients and, based on that, propose appropriate IT solutions, which may include software, hardware, cloud services, or comprehensive information systems.
The sales representative actively seeks new business opportunities, maintains relationships with current clients, and ensures sales targets are met. Additionally, they advise clients on the latest IT trends, assist in resolving any technical issues, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are tailored to the specifics and needs of the clients. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
What will your responsibilities be?
Acquisition of new clients (domestic and foreign markets).
Reviewing and confirming meeting rooms with the ability to check for overlaps, including recurring events.

Job Description.
Kompas Xnet primarily focuses on development using Microsoft technologies. The range of technologies we work with is very diverse, making the work always interesting and dynamic. Our main focus is on development for SharePoint and Office 365. In recent years, we have been offering our clients website and application development on the .NET Core platform, whether it be MVC, Angular, or Blazor web applications. We have also ventured into mobile application development on the latest .NET MAUI platform.
Additionally, we are currently working on IoT projects using the Arduino platform. We are looking for a candidate with prior programming experience in SharePoint and Office 365, as this accounts for more than half of our currently active projects, both in Slovenia and abroad. We also expect the candidate to have some experience in programming web applications using Microsoft technologies. Most importantly, we are seeking someone with a few years of experience on similar projects or someone who finds working with a wide range of different technologies and platforms not too challenging. Candidates who enjoy continuously learning new things, new technologies, and gaining new experiences and knowledge will have an advantage.
Your tasks will include:
Programming applications for SharePoint and .NET
Development of mobile applications on the latest .NET MAUI platform.
Maintenance of code.
Development of websites and applications on the .NET Core platform, including MVC, Angular, or Blazor web applications.
User support for applications and websites.

A lecturer for Office applications is an expert who focuses on educating and training users on various Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and others. Their main task is to prepare and conduct educational programs, workshops, or courses that enable participants to become familiar with the basic and advanced features of Office applications. The lecturer develops curricula, prepares teaching materials, and provides practical demonstrations and exercises that help participants improve their productivity and efficiency at work. Additionally, the lecturer answers participants’ questions, resolves specific issues that arise when using Office applications, and can also offer individual assistance or consulting. To successfully perform this role, in-depth knowledge of the Office suite, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different levels of participants’ knowledge are required.Candidates with Microsoft Office Specialist certifications are preferred.
